Verification is the process of getting the purple verified badge next to your username on Voice. This badge means that your account meets 100% profile completeness. Verification on Voice is to support a healthy ecosystem. Not all accounts on Voice.com will be eligible or receive the verified badge.

Verification on Voice is not an endorsement or guarantee that a profile is authentic. Verification on Voice is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to revoke or deny verification if a profile violates our terms or policies for any reason and without notice. The verification badge does not guarantee success in the marketplace.


What are the benefits of having a Verified Badge on my Voice account?

The verified badge on Voice grants you:

  • Visibility on the Voice marketplace and Explore featured pages (Verified Badge filter).

  • Promotion within our social media, and email marketing channels.

  • Opportunities to participate in beta testing new features on Voice.

Keep in mind that the verified badge does not guarantee that you will have success in the marketplace.

Do I need to be referred?

No, being referred is not a requirement for the Verified Badge. However, it does add more information for our team to consider when reviewing applications.

How does the review process work?

Once your request is submitted, it gets added to the queue in chronological order (from oldest to newest).

If your application is approved, a purple verified badge will appear next to your username on Voice. You will not receive any email notification.

If your application is not approved, you will not have a purple verified badge next to your username on Voice. You will not receive any email notification.

Sending duplicate applications within 90 days of one another will automatically reject applications from the account.

Will I receive an email update on my application status?

After applying, you will not receive any communication about your application status or if you were approved or not.

If your application is approved, a purple verified badge will appear next to your username on Voice. You will not receive any email notification.

If your application is not approved, you will not have a purple verified badge next to your username on Voice. You will not receive any email notification.
