Is ACH available as a withdrawal option on Voice?
The ability to withdraw via ACH on Voice has been discontinued effective immediately. While there are no plans to reinstate this feature in the near term, our team is currently weighing our options with other offerings and/or partners.
Our ACH withdrawals feature was made possible through the partnership between Circle - our payment processor - and a third-party bank called Silvergate Bank. Circle very recently suspended its partnership with Silvergate Bank and discontinued the ACH payments feature. You can read more about Circle and Silvergate here.
To be clear, there is no impact on your ability to withdraw or deposit USDC, or to pay by credit card on Voice.
